I’m a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist with over 23 years of combined healthcare and psychotherapy experience. I work with youth (14+) and adults who may be facing challenges such as trauma, stress, burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or the impact of ongoing health concerns.
I take a holistic, integrative approach that recognizes the connection between emotional wellbeing, the nervous system, physical health, relationships, and lived experience. Many of the people I work with come feeling overwhelmed, weighed down by life’s demands, or uncertain about how to move forward. Together, we work at a pace that feels supportive, manageable, and meaningful.
Therapy can be a space for greater self-understanding, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to offer a calm, supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe to explore what you are carrying. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and evidence-informed, drawing from a variety of therapeutic perspectives to support each person’s unique needs and experiences.
I have a special interest in supporting youth and young adults as they build confidence, navigate challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a healthy and meaningful future. I also support individuals experiencing grief and loss, including the loss of loved ones and pets, changes in identity or health, relationship loss, and the emotional impact of difficult life transitions.
I work especially well with individuals who are thoughtful, caring, and high-functioning in many areas of life, yet internally carrying significant stress, emotional burden, or self-doubt. Whether you are facing a difficult season, navigating change, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you do not have to move through it alone.
Reach out when you’re ready, and together we can begin creating a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful.
