Dr. Vanessa Eedy is a Naturopathic Doctor born and raised in London, Ontario, committed to helping individuals reclaim their energy, vitality, and confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Medical Science from Western University in 2021 and her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2025. Her academic and research background has strongly shaped her evidence-informed approach to care. She has previously been involved in research on repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) at Parkwood Institute Mental Health, contributed to a published scoping review on olive oil and mental health in the British Journal of Nutrition, and continues to be actively engaged in research exploring the relationship between diet and mental health. These experiences have shaped her approach to care and strengthened her commitment to combining current research with thoughtful, individualized clinical care.


In clinical practice, Dr. Eedy is passionate about supporting individuals navigating stress, chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, and mental health, recognizing the profound impact these challenges can have on both physical health and quality of life. She is dedicated to helping patients reconnect with their sense of self through compassionate, individualized care. She also supports patients in restoring gut health and finding greater comfort in their daily lives, with a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to heal. This same passion extends to empowering women through every stage of life, from navigating the ups and downs of menstruation to the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. With each person, she explores sustainable, personalized strategies to promote long-term wellness and longevity, tailored to their unique needs. Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, with the goal of ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and supported.


Outside the clinic, Dr. Eedy is an avid lover of nature, often spending her time hiking, swimming, or exploring the outdoors. She can also be found at the piano, in the kitchen cooking, or enjoying meaningful time with her family and close friends. These moments remind her of the importance of balance, joy, and connection in everyday life, and they shape how she shows up for her patients, fostering a compassionate and grounded approach to care.
